Uzbekistan to face Uruguay in FIFA U-17 World Cup quarterfinals

As earlier reported, Aleksei Evstafeev side defeated Australia in last 16 with the score 4-0. Abbos Mahsitaliev (11th minute), Temur Hakimov (40) and Davlat Yorbekov (89) were on target for Uzbekistan. Connor Chapman scored own goal in the 66th minute.

In last 16, Uruguay claimed a 2:1 victory over Congo to set up clash against Uzbekistan in quarterfinals. The match will be held on 3 July.
