Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a law introducing amendments to the Law "On Licensing, Permit, and Notification Procedures."

The new amendments establish a procedure requiring notification of the relevant government authority about the commencement of activities as a customs broker and the provision of international courier delivery services.

Additionally, the law sets out penalties for the untimely notification of the government authority regarding the commencement or cessation of these activities.

The law will come into effect three months after its official publication.
