The decision was adopted to develop single system of statistic information, improving order of registering persons, who received administrative punishment, and eliminate conditions for evading from administrative or criminal responsibility.

In line with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Uzbekistan will be responsible body for running centralized registration of persons, who received administrative punishments.

The government entrusted Interior Ministry in cooperation with the General Prosecutors Office, Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information, Finance Ministry and other interested organizations to adopt plan of organizational events directed at introduction of centralized electronic database on persons, who received administrative penalty.

The plan will include development and approval of functioning of centralized electronic data base, approval of mechanism on gathering and processing of information, development of software, etc. The document will also set the volume of financing of measures on creation of the system.

The resolution said that the system creation will be financed due to off-budget funds of the bodies, authorized to consider cases on administrative violations.

The government set that the registration of persons, who received administrative penalties, will be started from 1 January 2012.
