Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan issued a resolution "On measures on attracting to Uzbekistan of no-string technical assistance (grants) of donor countries, international and foreign governmental and non-governmental organizations for 2013-2015" on 29 March 2013.

The project on creation of the mobile educational ICT-Center was included to the list of projects, which will be implemented due to no-string technical assistance of the donors.

The resolution said that Commission of the European Union will provide grant worth US$200,000 to implement the project.

The grant will be used to purchase bus, modern ICT equipment, software, audio-video equipment, web technologies, which are necessary to hold distance courses.

The project will help to train businesses in remote areas with help of distance education method and improve their knowledge.
