Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 3-4 December, the Grand Slam tournament in judo will be held in the capital of Japan. The national team of Uzbekistan will not compete in these competitions.
According to the plan of the coaching staff, domestic athletes will go to Tokyo at the end of this week. They will participate in international training camps.
The training will be a preparatory process for the Masters competition, which will be held in Israel from 20 to 22 December. It is worth noting that they are the second most important tournament after the World Cup. Thus, at present, all the attention of domestic judokas is focused on the upcoming Israeli starts.
