Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Assets Management Agency (AUGA) announced the start of the process of privatization of 51% of the state share in the authorized capital of YO’LREFTRANS JSC.

According to AUGA, the consortium Winvestment Consult and Kreston Tashkent is consultant on the privatization of this asset.

The YO’LREFTRANS organizes local and international intercity logistics services for the transportation of goods and the rental of isothermal cars. The authorized capital is 21.9 billion soums.

The privatization process begins with the Binding Offers (BO) stage. All applicants can take part in this stage.

The deadline for submission of Binding Proposals (BO) is no later than 25 December 2023, 18:00 (Tashkent time).
