Revenue from goods realization reached 3.37 billion soums in 2010. Long-term assets made up 373.233 million soums and turnover assets – 1.684 billion soums. Liabilities of the company exceeded 1.042 billion soums.

Charter capital of the company comprises 676.228 million soums, which comprises of 169,057 shares with par value of 4,000 soums each.

Uzbekistan Shampani OJSC, located in Tashkent, was commissioned in 1942. The plant produces Champaign and various types of sparkling wine products, as well as processing of wine materials.
