The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities’ market registered prospectus of emission.

In line with the emission, the company will issue 169,057 ordinary shares with nominal value of 4,000 soums each. Total volume of emission will make up 676.228 million soums.

The shares within the emission will be placed through converting shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new shares with nominal value of 4,000 soums.

In line with the order of the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan, the part of shares of Uzbekistan Shampani for 169.057 million soums is placed on par value. The other part for 507.171 million soums will be paid due to resources of the company’s reserve fund.

Uzbekistan Shampani OJSC, located in Tashkent, was commissioned in 1942. The plant produces Champaign and various types of sparkling wine products, as well as processing of wine materials.
