The delegation of Thailand’s PTT Exploration and Production PLC Ltd (РТТЕР) led by Apichart Chinvanno paid a visit to Uzbekistan. The delegation held talks in several ministries and companies of Uzbekistan.

Apichart Chinvanno said that the main aim of the visit is to assisting to strengthening bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Thailand, which have great perspectives in trade, investment and tourism.

Thai official said that the PTTEP is interested in oil and gas sector of Uzbekistan. He added that the delegation had fruitful negotiations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan and Uzbekneftegaz national holding company. He said that this is the first step for expanding and strengthening bilateral relations.

Apichart Chinvanno said Uzbekistan has all opportunities for Thai businesses for developing successful trade. He said that he will do his best to develop the Uzbek-Thai trade-economic and investment cooperation.
