Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan has seen a significant increase in cement production.

According to preliminary data from the National Statistics Committee, from January to June 2025, the country produced approximately 9.2 million tons of cement. This is 1.4 million tons, or 18.2%, more than during the same period last year.

The production trend over the first six months of recent years shows steady growth: in 2023, production amounted to 5.7 million tons; in 2024 — 7.7 million tons; and in 2025, it exceeded 9.1 million tons.
