The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus emission of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari.

According to the prospectus of emission, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari will place 100 ordinary shares with par value of over 1.698 billion soums each. Total sum of the issue exceeds 169.853 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription to the State Committee for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition of Uzbekistan.

The shares will be paid due to capitalization of undistributed income and part of dividends, issued for the government, as well as stakes of the government in Uzeletroterm (61.9%), Urganch Excavator (95.4%), and Rezinotenika.
