The articles 16, 18 and 20 of the programme envisage cooperation in archive business. In particular, the sides agreed to provide access to achieves in science, public and legal issues, exchange experience, publications and copies of the documents in line with the direct agreements between bodies.

The sides also will inform each other on international events on archive issues in their countries. The sides will exchange publications and scientific manuals on history, culture and traditions of two states.
