Uzbekistan Pochtasi to increase charter capital

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Pochtasi open joint-stock company will increase its charter capital from 8.828 billion soums to 10.021 billion soums.

The company said in its disclosure information that it will increase par value of its shares from 1,125 soums to 1,277 soums.

Uzbekistan Pochtasi is state-run mail operator of Uzbekistan. The government holds 75% shares in the company and employees hold 1%. Other 24% will be sold to foreign investor.
