Finland Post and Chile Post called postal administration to support movement on environment protection and issue postal stamps dedicated to preservation of polar regions and glacier.

Universal Postal Union proposed member states to issue postal stamps on “Europe. Preserving polar regions and glacier” in 2010 and 2011 and place single logo on them.

The postal stamp, published by Uzbekistan Pochtasi, displayer glaciers and penguins, as well as officially approved logotype of the edition.

The postal stamp is multicolor. It was produced with offset printing. The size of the stamp is 30x42mm. The circulation of the stamp is 20,000 copies.
