Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - It is planned to create 60,000 places in public and private kindergartens in Uzbekistan in 2024. This was stated by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirzaev.

The private sector will create 50,000 places. The remaining 10,000 places will be created in public gardens

It was noted that the coverage of children in preschool education in Uzbekistan increased from 27% in 2016 to 74% currently.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev added that the problem with kindergartens is still observed in remote places.
