The fair annually has been held since 1977 and it is one of the largest tourism event in Central and Eastern Europe.

Over 400 Hungarian and foreign companies, tour operators, hotels and airlines from 29 countries participated in the event. Over 46,000 people visited the fair, Jahon news agency reported.

Tourism potential of Uzbekistan at the fair was presented by Hungarian company 1000-UT (1000 roads), which offer tours to Uzbekistan and CIS.

Representative of 1000-UT said that number of tourists, visiting Uzbekistan, is increasing due to rich historic-cultural heritage of Uzbekistan.
