Uzbekistan limits the amount of cashback when registering fiscal receipts

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan has introduced restrictions on cashback when registering fiscal receipts.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree that introduced changes to the procedure for paying tax cashback when registering fiscal receipts.

According to the decree, from 1 January, the total amount of purchases from which tax cashback is returned to citizens cannot be higher than 60 basic estimated values per month. Now this amount is 20.4 million soums.

Citizens can now receive cashback only from an amount equal to 60 basic estimated values, even if the purchase amount exceeds the established amount. The maximum cashback per month will be 204.000 soums.

By his decree, the President of Uzbekistan also canceled cashback for goods purchased using corporate cards.

From 1 January 2022, individuals who register receipts in the Soliq mobile application for purchases in retail trade, public catering and the provision of household services to the population by scanning a QR code can receive a refund of 1% of the purchase amount.
