New postal stamp has been issued into circulation in line with the decree of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information from 27 July 2012.

The postal stamp is dedicated to cycling and cyclists have been showed in the image of the stamp. The stamp also has logo of Uzbekistan National Olympic Committee in right lower corner and inscription “XXX YOZGI OLIMPIADA O’YINLARI. LONDON” (The 30th Summer Olympic Games. London).

Some 54 athletes from Uzbekistan are participating at the London Games in such sports as artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, trampoline, cycling, swimming, canoe, judo, taekwondo, wrestling, tennis, etc.
