Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 1 January 2025, commercial banks in Uzbekistan have issued 50.51 million bank cards, according to data from the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

The regulator reports that banks have installed 426,220 payment terminals, as well as 29,900 ATMs and self-service kiosks.

In 2024, the turnover of bank card transactions via payment terminals exceeded 326.73 trillion soums.

The People’s Bank leads in the number of issued bank cards (12.4 million), followed by Agrobank (5.38 million) and Ipoteka-Bank (4.66 million).

In terms of payment terminals, the People’s Bank ranks first (45,663), followed by the National Bank of Uzbekistan (40,121) and Agrobank (36,462).

The top three in the number of ATMs and self-service kiosks are Payment Organizations (13,598), the People’s Bank (3,075), and Agrobank (2,153).
