Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan is ready to increase the level of industrial cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries. This was stated on Friday by Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov at an expanded meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Yerevan.
According to him, this will help move away from the raw material orientation and develop high-tech production.
The prime minister of Uzbekistan noted an increase in demand in the markets of the EAEU countries for products manufactured in Uzbekistan, the Sputnik agency reports.
“These are consumer electronics, products of the chemical industry, auto components and other popular products that are not inferior in quality to foreign counterparts,” he said.
