In line with the document, minimum wholesale price for wine was set at the size of 1,800 soums per liter and for vodka, cognac and other alcohol products – 3,800 soums per liter.

Minimum retail prices for a liter of wine established at the level of 2,400 soums and for liter of vodka cognac and other alcohol products – 5,000 soums.

In line with the decision, the alcohol producers will be fined for violation of the new norm of legislation. The size of fine was set at the volume of 20% of the cost of realized products, but it should not be lower than 200-minimum size of salary.

In case of repeat of violation within a year, the fine will increase to 50% of the cost of realized product, but not lower than 300-minimum size of salary.

Currently, minimum size of salary in Uzbekistan set at 37,680 soums.
