Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to improve the system for the provision of public services in the field of the use of agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment" was adopted, Norma reported.

From 1 May, a mandatory annual technical inspection of agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment of individuals and legal entities using mobile mobile lines of technical control is introduced.

"Uzagroinspektsiya" together with the Ministry of Digital Technologies was instructed to develop an automated information system "Technical Inspection" by 1 July.

From 1 September  2023, business entities - legal entities are granted the right to engage in technical inspection of agricultural, reclamation and road-building equipment of individuals with a capacity of up to 100 horsepower.

The document approved the administrative regulations for the provision of services for:

state registration and re-registration of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment;

temporary registration of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment;

deregistration of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment;

issuance of a certificate of registration of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment;

mandatory annual technical inspection of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment;

registration of educational organizations in the field of training and retraining of tractor drivers and the issuance of tractor driver certificates.
