Uzbekistan, India discuss current issues of bilateral cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  On 17 December 2024, a meeting was held in Tashkent between Bakhramjon Alloev, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Smita Pant, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India.

During the productive discussion, the parties addressed current issues of bilateral cooperation, with a particular focus on strengthening partnership ties, expanding investment interaction, and implementing joint projects in priority sectors.

The importance of fulfilling previously reached agreements, preparing reciprocal visits at various levels, and coordinating the action plan for 2025 was emphasized, with the aim of further enhancing Uzbek-Indian relations.
