Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the State Statistics Committee, in January-November 2022, Uzbekistan imported 3.9 million pairs of shoes from 39 foreign countries worth US$17 million.

The volume of footwear imports increased by 39,200 pairs compared to the corresponding period in 2021.

Countries from which Uzbekistan imported the most footwear in 11 months of 2022:

China - 2.6 million pairs

Turkey - 1.1 million couples

Russia – 50,700 pairs

Vietnam – 43,600 pairs

Indonesia – 18,500 pairs

Italy – 14,600 pairs

Czech Republic – 7,600 pairs

India – 6,600 pairs.
