Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-November 2022, Uzbekistan imported 2.1 million tons of cement worth US$87.4 million, the State Statistics Committee said.

The volume of imports of cement compared with the corresponding period last year decreased by 420,000 tons.

The main countries to which Uzbekistan imported cement for 11 months of 2022:

- Tajikistan – 903,000 tons

- Kyrgyz Republic – 623,500 tons

- Kazakhstan – 558,600 tons

- Iran – 17,600 tons

- Turkmenistan – 12,700 tons

- China – 1,400 tons

- Russia – 1,100 tons
