Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In the first half of 2024, Uzbekistan imported 1.8 million mobile phones, valued at US$171.1 million, according to the Agency for Statistics of Uzbekistan.

The main exporters of mobile phones to Uzbekistan were China and Vietnam.

China supplied 1.5 million devices, while Vietnam exported 288.8 thousand units during the reporting period.

Additionally, 42.8 thousand mobile phones were imported from India, and 16.8 thousand from Hong Kong.
