Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In January-October 2024, Uzbekistan extracted 37.09 billion cubic meters of natural gas, which is 4.8% less than in the same period last year, according to data from the Statistics Agency.
Oil production decreased by 7.2%, reaching 602,000 tons compared to 648,400 tons in the previous year.
At the same time, gas condensate production increased by 2%, reaching 1.01 million tons.
A significant increase was observed in coal production, with volumes rising by 24% — from 5.11 million tons to 6.34 million tons.
Automobile gasoline production amounted to 1.09 million tons, which is 1.5% less than in January-October 2023. Meanwhile, diesel fuel output grew by 0.6%, reaching 858,800 tons.
