The total value of the total export of watermelons amounted to US$3 million.

Compared to the same period last year, the export of watermelons increased by 1.8 thousand tons.

The greatest demand for melons grown by Uzbek farmers is observed in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. 2 thousand tons were sent to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, and Russia bought 1.5 thousand tons of watermelons. In addition, this year, Latvia (500 tons), Lithuania (135 tons), Germany (115 tons), and Belarus (34 tons) were added to the countries where most of the watermelons were exported.
