Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to October 2024, Uzbekistan exported 5,038 tons of hot pepper worth US$7.2 million.

During the first 10 months of 2024, Kazakhstan became the largest importer of Uzbek hot pepper, receiving 1,564 tons.

Kyrgyzstan followed in second place with 1,225 tons of pepper.

Turkey imported 681 tons, Russia 669 tons, and the United States 264 tons.

In total, 635 tons of hot pepper were shipped to other countries.
