Uzbekistan-EU Cooperation Committee holds session in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tenth session of the Committee of Cooperation “Uzbekistan-EU” was held in Tashkent within the visit of the delegation of the European Commission led by director of Department of the European External Service Gunar Vigand on 19 July 2012.

During the meeting, the participants familiarized with macroeconomic development in Uzbekistan and the European Union, current and perspectives of development of trade and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and the European Union.

At the meeting, the special attention was paid to cooperation in energy, transport and further interaction in financial-technical sphere.
