Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — For the first time, Uzbekistan has entered the Top 100 in the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2025.

The updated Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2025, published by the international platform StartupBlink, highlights the world’s leading innovation-driven economies.

The Index is based on data from global partners such as Crunchbase, Semrush, and over 100 government agencies worldwide.

In 2025, Uzbekistan achieved a significant milestone by making its debut in the top 100 startup ecosystems globally. The country rose 12 positions to rank 98th overall.

Uzbekistan recorded the fastest growth rate in the region, becoming Central Asia’s most rapidly developing startup hub and one of the world’s most dynamic emerging players in the innovation sector.
