Uzbekistan delegation explores new labor migration directions in the Czech Republic

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  A delegation from Uzbekistan, led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Olimjon Abdullaev, visited the Czech Republic to explore new directions in labor migration and improve the quality of professional training. The delegation included representatives from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Migration Agency, and private entrepreneurs.

In Prague, a business forum was held where the importance of strengthening economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Czech Republic was discussed. Uzbekistan expressed its readiness to serve as a reliable platform for Czech businesses and emphasized the significance of collaboration in labor migration.

The delegation held talks with Czech recruitment companies "Synergie" and "AMBOSELI," reaching agreements on the training and employment of Uzbek specialists (drivers, machine operators, IT professionals, logisticians) in the Czech Republic.

Additionally, negotiations took place with the regional coordinator of the International Migration Policy Development Center, discussing ways to improve conditions for labor migrants. Representatives from EIASM proposed organizing professional development courses in IT, finance, management, and international business in Uzbekistan.

A meeting with the head of the Uzbek diaspora in Prague, Dinara Zakhroodina, was focused on supporting the Uzbek community and assisting in employment.

The visit of the Uzbekistan delegation strengthened business ties and advanced the interests of Uzbek labor migrants, expanding cooperation in business and migration.
