Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of the 149th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, Uzbekistan Day was organized, dedicated to showcasing the country and its ongoing reforms.

Delegations from various countries, parliamentarians, representatives of international organizations, and the diplomatic corps participated in the event.

A video was shown to the participants, highlighting Uzbekistan’s rich history, values, and cultural heritage. The video made a strong impression, and an exhibition showcasing Uzbekistan’s tourism potential further enriched foreign partners’ understanding of the country.

Additionally, there was a presentation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in anticipation of the 150th anniversary of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Assembly, which is scheduled to take place in April next year.
