Uzbekistan Cup: Pakhtakor, Shurtan play draw in first leg of semifinal
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Pakhtakor Tashkent and Shurtan Guzar played a 1-1 draw in the first leg of the semifinal match of Uzbekistan Cup.
The first leg was held in Guzar. The first half ended with the goalless draw despite both sides had plenty of chances.
On the 52nd minute of the match, Georgian midfielder of Pakhtakor Irakli Limiashvili opened the score, while Abbos Omonov scored an equalizer 22 minutes later. The sides failed to score in the remaining time.
The second leg of the match will be held in Tashkent on 18 October. The winner will play against Nasaf Qarshi.
