Uzbekistan Cup: Bunyodkor defeats Shortan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- AFC Champions League quarter-finalists Bunyodkor of Uzbekistan have extended their winning streak when they beat Shortan 2-0 at home in their Uzbekistan Cup match on Monday.

The Uzbek Pro League's defending champions have thus far recorded five consecutive victories across all competitions since 11 May and will be looking to etch another win when they face Nasaf in their Pro League match this Saturday.

Both goals were scored by midfielder Jan Kozak in the both halves.
