The press service of the Uzbek ministry said that the sides discussed current state and perspectives of bilateral relations. The sides underlined positive trends in development of bilateral cooperation.

The Uzbek side expressed interest in Cuba’s experience in bio technologies, production of vaccines, medicaments and offered in exchange modern industrial and agriculture products.

At the meeting, The Uzbek side expressed gratitude Ambassador of Cuba for his contribution to the Uzbek-Cuban dialogue.

In his turn, Juan Valdés Figueroa expressed his gratitude for created favourable conditions for successful execution of his mission in Uzbekistan.
