The document was adopted for further developing leasing services in construction sphere, strengthening technical base of construction organizations based on improving their equipment with construction equipment, machines and mechanisms, etc.

According to the resolution, the charter capital of new company will make up 22 billion soums. Ministry of Finance will own 45.45% stake in the company. Share of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity, Asaka Bank, Uzpromstroybank, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari, Uzbekneftegaz and Uzbekenergo will make up 6.82% each. Other shareholders will own 13.63%.

Main tasks of the Republican specialized company Qurilishmashlizing are to hold marketing research, gather information and analyze needs of construction organizations on supply of construction equipment, machines and mechanisms, vehicles and other equipment on leasing.

The company will order and purchase construction equipment from local and foreign enterprises due to own resources and other financial sources, lease equipment to construction organizations, etc.

It will also attract financial resources, including loans of foreign banks and international financial institutions.

Republican specialized company Qurilishmashlizing will create regional branches within a month in cooperation with local state administrations.
