Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Sales of Chevrolet cars manufactured by UzAuto Motors reached the highest level since the Covid-19 pandemic, a global shortage of semiconductor chips and problems in the supply chain.

Vehicle sales reached 282,898 units, including 92,926 Damas/Labo light commercial vehicles (MPV/LCV), renewing the 2020 sales record of 276,016 units.- Top-selling models were Lacetti, Damas and Cobalt at 78,440, 73,846 and 64,427 units; - Sedan 63%, light commercial vehicles MPV/LCVS 33% and SUVs 4%.
