The document was adopted to ensure quality training of national teams of Uzbekistan on sports to various sport events.

The resolution approved the regulation on terms of work with foreign specialists, attracted to train athletes, members of Uzbekistan national teams on sports.

According to the regulation, an expert commission will be created in Uzbekistan, which will consider expediency of allocation of budget resources to pay for work of foreign specialists. The commission will include seven persons. The commission will be chaired by the person, who at least at the position of the deputy minister of culture and sport affairs.

The Expert Commission will consider proposals of the federations, associations, centers, sport schools and other sport organizations on attracting foreign specialists.

The decision of the commission will be considered as accepted if the majority vote for it. If the voices are equal, the voice of the chairperson will be decisive.

The sum of the contract is determined by the expert commission and it will be between 30 and 100 sizes of minimal salary on the day of the signing of agreement. Currently, the minimal size of salary is equal to 96,105 soums.

Today the sum of the contract could be from 2,883,150 soums (about US$1,310 in line with the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan) to 9,610,500 soums (US$4,368).
