Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Assets Management Agency (UzSAMA) announced the beginning of Express of Interest stage of the privatization process of 87.7% state share in the authorized capital of Uzenergoengineering JSC.

Mosaic Financial  is the privatization consultant to UzSAMA on this Transaction.

Uzenergoengineering JSC is a specialized organization for the design of power supply and electrification facilities for all consumers located in rural areas, cities and regional centers, including small and medium-sized enterprises, water management facilities and utility complexes located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The charter fund is 13.2 billion soums.

The sale is organized on the basis of competitive sale process and open to all interested parties.

Currently, Applicants are invited to express their interest in the form of an Express of Interest application.

The deadline for submission of Express of interest is no later than 20 November 2023.
