Uzbekistan beach team to fly to Masqat

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan national team on beach football will fly to Masqat, Oman, on 25 February 2011. The team will participate in qualification round of World Cup.

The draw ceremony will be held in Masqat and Ahadjon Yusupov squad will familiarize with its opponents in group stage.

Overall, 12 teams from Asia will participate in qualification round. Oman will be automatically placed to Group A. Japan and the UAE will get number one in Group B and GroupC. Other teams are Bahrain, China, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Syria and Uzbekistan.

The final stage of World Championship will be held in Ravenna, Italy.
