Uzbekistan artisans take part in SAMBHAV 2019

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The international festival of inclusive art SAMBHAV 2019, organized by the Association for the Study of Performing Arts and Normative Actions (ALPANA) with the support of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, was held in Delhi, Dunyo reported.

Along with representatives from Uzbekistan, artists and masters from Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Vietnam, India, Iran, Myanmar, Mongolia, Nepal, Russia, Tajikistan, Sri Lanka, the USA and other countries took part in it. They presented their works in such areas of art as music, dance, art exhibitions, painting, playing musical instruments, yoga seminars and applied art.

The main participants of the event are people with disabilities who have presented their skills in various areas of art.

The delegation of our country was represented by the master of the Association of Artisans of Uzbekistan J. Jumaev and the master of jewelry B. Dadamukhamedov.

An exhibition was organized within the framework of the forum, where the works of Uzbek masters were presented.

The participants and guests of the event praised the talent and skill of our compatriots. In particular, in an interview with the Dunyo news agency, the director of the Association for the Study of Performing Arts and Normative Actions “ALPANA” Alpana Nayak noted that this international event with the participation of people with disabilities creates a platform to demonstrate their talents and learn about the cultures of different countries and peoples.

“The stand of Uzbekistan was distinguished by its rich color, variety and uniqueness of the presented works,” she emphasized.
