Uzbekistan announce tender to sell recreation zone “Orom”
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
State commission for conducting tenders on the sale of the state property to the foreign investors based on the resolution of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №PP-672 dated on 20 July 2007 announced the open tender for the sale of Recreation zone “Orom”.
Recreation area “Orom” is located in Nanay village of Bostanlik district in Tashkent region. The camp belongs to Bostanlik district authority. The area is designed for reception and rendering the services to 70 persons in a year. Total territory – 2,85 hectares In the territory of recreation area there are 3 dormitories, 2 shower cubicles, 6 awnings, sentry box and etc.
Starting price of the recreation area “Orom” is at least US$198,900. Investment obligations should be not less than US$200,000.
The deadline for receiving the tender bids is 12:00 a.m. of 27 September 2010. Opening of the packages with Tender Bids will be held in the Meeting Hall of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan at 4 p.m. Tashkent time on 27 September 2010.
