Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of the World Chambers Federation Europe & Asia Summit taking place in Istanbul, a meeting was held between Davron Vakhabov, Chairman of the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Julian Kassum, Director of International Partnerships and Development at the World Chambers Federation.
During the negotiations, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening trade, economic, and investment ties within the framework of the International Chamber of Commerce.
The participants discussed opportunities for activating bilateral cooperation aimed at creating favorable conditions for business operations and attracting investments to Uzbekistan.
Davron Vakhabov noted that cooperation with the World Chambers Federation is a key factor in Uzbekistan’s integration into international economic processes. He expressed interest in organizing joint events that would help Uzbek companies understand international standards and requirements, as well as expand their markets.
This meeting underscores Uzbekistan’s commitment to actively engage with international organizations that facilitate entrepreneurship development and investment attraction.
