Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 3 December, the Chairperson of the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan, Gayane Umerova, met with Svetlana Chupsheva, the CEO of Russia’s Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), and Ekaterina Cherkes-Zade, Director of the Creative Economy Development Center.
The meeting focused on opportunities for exchanging experiences in the development of creative industries, including supporting young professionals and creating educational programs.
The parties discussed prospects for joint training sessions and acceleration programs, as well as the creation of platforms for interaction between the creative communities and companies of the two countries. As a result of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan and ASI.
This document formalizes the agreements to implement joint initiatives, develop infrastructure for creative projects, and support creative professionals from both Uzbekistan and Russia.
