Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new mechanism for regulating labor migration will be introduced between Uzbekistan and Russia.
This was announced during a meeting between the Uzbek delegation and the head of Russia’s Federal Service for Labor and Employment (Rostrud), Mikhail Ivankov.
Additionally, it was decided to implement joint projects to establish specialized training centers in Uzbekistan for citizens wishing to work temporarily in Russia.
It was also agreed that Rostrud will closely collaborate with the Migration Agency to study the activities of employers and assess their reliability.
