Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 15 to 20 April, the next meeting of working groups of government delegations of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan in the Joint Demarcation Commission was held in the city of Namangan, Dunyo news agency reports.

At the meeting, issues of demarcation of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz state border were discussed. Field surveys were carried out, during which the tasks for determining the delimitation line of the international border on the ground were clarified.

The negotiations took place in a friendly and mutually understanding atmosphere.

Following the event, a corresponding protocol was signed.

The next meeting of the working groups will take place in Kyrgyzstan.
