Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 7 February 2025, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bahromjon A’loev met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Uzbekistan, Muhammadali Iskandari.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of Uzbek-Iranian cooperation and prospects for its further development in key areas, including politics, trade and economic relations, transport and logistics, as well as cultural, humanitarian, and tourism sectors.

Special attention was given to the preparation and implementation of upcoming joint events aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
