Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Transport Ilkhom Mahkamov met with Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran Syed Kamal Khodianfar. At the meeting, issues related to the development of international cargo transportation by road were discussed.

In particular, delegates from Uzbekistan and Iran exchanged views on the issues of establishing fees and charges levied on national carriers on a parity basis, as well as creating favorable conditions for crossing borders.

During the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on the initial draft of the Road Map, aimed at developing cooperation in all modes of transport.
