Uzbekistan and India hold sixth round of "Dostlik" exercises

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Today, the VI joint Uzbek-Indian military exercises "Dostlik" began at the international training base "Aundh" in the Indian city of Pune, Dunyo news agency reported.
On Tuesday morning, a delegation from the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan arrived in India to participate in the next phase of the drills, which are aimed at developing and strengthening bilateral military cooperation.
The "Dostlik" exercises have been held annually since 2019, alternating between Uzbekistan and India. Last year, they took place at the Termez training ground, where military specialists from both countries exchanged experience and practiced joint actions.
The sixth round of the exercises will run until 28 April.
